I have already emailed Tiertime and Cetus numerous times but no reply so I am posting this.
A few days ago I received my Cetus mk3 extended deluxe in the post. I set it up initially without connecting the heated bed. All was good, I could initiate it and connect to my computer. I connected the heated bed and now I cannot connect it to my computer (even when I unplug the heated bed), no status light and the switch doesn’t initiate it either. The green light inside the box does light up and the fan works but no other functionality. If I unplug the thin ribbon cable from the extension board the status light illuminates red but still no functionality.
