Can’t upload images even if smaller than the maximum size?

Image is only 15496kb (1937KB) but is rejected by forum.

I’m experiencing the same issue, was unable to upload a 2.1Mb file.

I have the same issue right now… did somebody already have a solutiob for this problem? Mine is also rejected…
