Hi so i just got my printer in the mail and immedietly started trying it out. Ive gotten all the neccesary parts on the machine and when i go and plug it in it starts up and has a blue light being displayed which then turns to a red after 3 seconds. then it turns itself off and on over and over until it completly shuts off. i checked if my wall plugs were outputting enough power and went around the house using any plug i could find with no success. Currently it wont even turn on or show signs of life. If anyone knows whats going on please id love to know. Could be the AC adapter honestly but im not sure.
Is the led indicator on the power adaptor lighting up? If it is not the power adaptor, could be mainboard failure. We can ship you the replacement part but you need know what is broken first.

Hello,
The power adaptor should be 19v output, may be you can test it with a multimeter see (touching the inside and outside of connector) see if you can get the correct voltage reading?
Hi Jason Wu,
I've checked the voltage of the Tiertime model TPA120-19 power adapter. It's only outputting @1.1-3.2 milivolts. I believe it is dead. I hope it did not damage the main board.
Is it possible to ship a replacement adapter ?
