For unrelated reasons, the wifi network my Cetus is connected to is a different subnet from the one my PC is connected (via ethernet).
As far as I could see, UpStudio tries to “discover” all connected printers sending UDP frames to the subnet broadcast address, which I guess is fine for most people, but that won’t be propagated to other subnets.
I’ve tried to enter manually the ip of the printer in UpStudio config hoping that this will try to connect to the printer directly (no “auto discovery” involved), but that’s not the case, it simply tries again to discover printers sending UDP packets to broadcast.
Does anyone know any method of bypassing this “auto discovery” process and configure directly the printer in UpStudio ?
