I’m Wahyu from Indonesia. I’ve problem with my UP300 Tiertime machine. When the printing process until 50%, suddenly my machine stop working. I use UP Studio Version 2.6.20.627 for Windows 64-bit. What should I do, so that it doesn’t repeat next time.

When you say it stops working… what exactly is happening?
Is the print failing? is the software crashing? You must provide more detail

Yes, of course. My printing is failed, and the LCD of the machine blank and no respons (can’t click).
In this case, I must reprint start from zero-layer.
I have the same problem. 5 consecutive prints on UP300. I am very happy with my UP Mini ES2 but practically giving up on my UP300. This 1st photo shows 5 consecutive prints that were incomplete with no error messages and there was no nozzle clog.
Also have a major problem with Y-Axis shifting. See photos.
