We have had a couple of instances where our UP300 becomes unresponsive when it runs out of material. What typically happens is the material will runout in the middle of the night and when we come in the office the touchpad is unresponsive. The machine will not let us retract the filament or perform any other functions. This morning we had a 40 hour build and it ran out of material when it was 85% complete. We had to power cycle the machine to get it to come back to life so we had to start the build over.
Has anyone else had this problem?
