I have just replaced the main board in my UP BOX with a replacement but it is not working properly. When I start UP Studio I can initialise the printer and it will move the X,Y and Z stages to the initial positions so it must be connecting via the USB port OK. However it doesn’t recognise the printer, when you go to settings it shows a box with a ? in it and it says there are no printers connected so won’t print anything. It seems to be showing the Printer serial number in the top bar OK but again if you click in the box to add a printer it says that no printers are connected. Any ideas about what could be wrong? I tried uninstalling UPStudio and then reinstalling it again but that doesn’t work. I also tried reinstalling the drivers but again nothing works.
