UP STUDIO APP - **“Failed to send CMD”.**

Good morning,

I need help, please. We have the UP300 and I have installed the app on an iPad. However, it comes up with this message. It gets as far as 100% slicing and then this message comes up “Failed to send CMD”.

We have installed the latest firmware on the printer.

From the app, I can use initialize, extrude etc.

I have tried the projects the app has built-in but they have failed as well.

I have tried the app on an iPhone, and iPad and the outcomes are the same.

Are you able to help, please?

UP300 is not supported for the ipad. iOS can only support up to UP BOX+ and UP mini2.
UP mini2 es, UP300, UP600, X5 are not supported yet.
