UP Studio 3 don't slice first layer in correct layerheight

Hello,
can anyone help me using UP Studio 3?
I set layerheigt = 0.2mm. After slicing the first layer is only 0.09mm.
Which setting do i have to change to get first layer 0.2mm?

It is not layer thickness, but Z position of that layer in the coordinate.
