Up Studio 3 - BETA

Hi all,
I installed Up Studio 3 - BETA no problem. Connects to printer (via USB), no problem. Will not let me sign in or register, just hangs. Settings icon greyed out so cannot change network settings as others suggested. Anyone know what the problem is? oh yes, firewall opened so it has full access to the internet.

I had same issue, support told me its no longer needed as the connection functions are handled by Wand and not UP Studio3. No need for login either ( with Cetus 2 anyway).
