Hello,
We have an older 3D printer we believe is a “UP+2” which was purchased from Afinia as their “H479.” The printer is being interrupted by errors associated with temperature control. One example is that the printer stops soon after the start of a print due to nozzle and bed temperatures are too low. The bed and nozzle both work and warm up, but evidently temperature control is the issue. We replaced the nozzle heater but still have the same issue. Can anyone identify possible solutions? Any help would be most appreciated.
Thank you!
Hi there,
Please check the ribbon cable of the extruder. The connection could be loosened which may cause the nozzle temp too low error. Another possibility is the ribbon cable itself.
Hope this helps
