Unable to login to account from OSX

Hi folks - Just set up my new Cetus a couple days ago. Everything is working so far, but I can not login to my account from the Mac OSX app and can't access several features.  I've had the account for a couple of months, and I can login to the web site just fine from the same  laptop.  Every time I try to login through the app I get 'Network error.  Try again later.'.  Except it's been several days now.

I tried creating a new account, but the screen does not respond in any way - no errors, no anything.

What am I missing?  Any advice welcome- thanks!

Hi,

Same problem here. It looks like there is a problem with their server. I get the following message when opening the URL that the software calls:

Thanks.  You must be right.  Mine resolved itself today.  Everything except it can't see my wireless network, which is another issue.
