Every time I try to log into the UP 3D software to activate it, it tells me I have the wrong password. I’ve used the reset link (multiple times) to reset the password and copied the password when I did so I KNOW I pasted the correct password into the dialog.
And then it tells me I STILL have the wrong password. Any ideas on this? I can log into the UP 3D website with no issues.
