Supports are extremely hard to remove. Please help

The top dense layers of the supports are sticking to the model. Thus they are really hard to remove. Can somebody give me optimized support settings? Thank you very much.

may be you can try the "easy to peel" option in the latest software. You may also need to readjust nozzle height/ nozzle offset.

I have D290 and S250 printers from Tiertime and I use Modelwizard software.
But It doesn’t have “easy peel” option .
in which software is “easy peel” and can I use it with S250 and D290 ? and how can I solve this prblem in “ModelWizard”?
