Stepper motor connection

Very clear design, but I can't figure out how steppers are connected to Alu profile.

The wires are not connected to the extrusion, they are simple in the groves of the extrusion.

Thanks for response.

I'm not talking about wires.

My question is how motors are fasten to extrusion.
