Why does the mac version give me a raft only where needed and the pc version thinks ‘to hell with it I’m going to fill in all the blanks’?
Anyone know why and how to stop this? Seems a bit over the top and takes a lot longer.
Seems odd, I know previous versions (2.5.x) on Windows only generated the raft where needed, haven’t tried 2.6 as it has some other issues.
Is it the same model, or does the blue one maybe need supports in the center later?

Nope. That is not the issue at all.
Yeah, was more curious as to why they emailed me about it, and if they did email you about. Raft on or off clearly won’t affect a partial raft…
I didn’t get an email and not sure why they emailed you. Busy and confusing time of year maybe?
