As the title states, any time I try to print anything with supports, it will print the first ten layers or so perfectly, then it seems like the supports come loose and the whole thing turns into spaghetti. This is with PLA. I’ve tried with and without glue on the build deck.
What temps are you printing at?

I’m not seeing where Up Studio shows the exact temperature, but I haven’t made any modifications to the temperature tuning.
FWIW, I get great prints on any models without supports.
I managed to get a print to work properly. Lowering speed to fine, setting the quality to 2mm, and using a raft managed to get this particular model to print nicely. supports weren’t even that hard to remove.
