Hi There,

Can anyone please help. We have an UP300 machine at school but it is coming up with this error: Nozzle Height set too low - Error 1903

I’ve tried to auto-calibrate but it still doesn’t work.

You can check the value at maintenance=>calibration and setup the nozzle height manually.

Hi, I’ve tried that but the platform stops and doesn’t go anywhere near close tot he nozzle.

what is the current value? it usually approximate to the Z axis usable range.
