No Status on Tiertime Shop Order or Response from C.S

Hi,

I have an important order from shop.tiertime.com. One part from China shipped out after about 2 weeks while the other part, hasn’t (from US WH2). I’ve called, written emails, messages on Facebook for the last few days but haven’t received any information at all, not even a quick response back. I’m wondering if maybe @Jason-TT could help get in contact with sales on order 151013. Thank you.

I was thinking about buying another Ceetus Printer for my arsenal. But because of this will be purchasing from other 3d printer manufacturer.
