No feedback on shipment for days!

Dear Cetus Team,

 

on the 20th of February I ordered a Cetus3D Extended with the email address of this account (which I created after purchase, so I cannot see any changes of the shipment status).

By now I did not receive any information regarding the status of the purchase.

Could you please add the purchase to my account (same email address) so I can check it?
