New Cetus2 from kickstarter - bad y-axis motor

Well just got to putting together the printer and went to level and go through the initiation process. I could not get the y-axis to slide over as in the video. Z-axis moves with the screw, X-axis (rail with the extrudes) slides fine, but the y-axis (dual linear rail) does not move at all. What is the process of getting things address? Also, no spool plate in my box……… Not off to a good start and this is my first 3d printer.

I got a bad y-axis, too. It’s my second cetus 3d printer, I’ve got cetus 1 several years ago.Cetus 2 really had a terrible experience, unfriendly assemble design.
