Looks like it’s not hitting the limit switch there at the top. Maybe the switch needs to be rotated or more easily actuated.
I just had a similar thing happen on my X axis. The limit switch was making contact, but not shutting off. I checked the switch itself with a continuity tester, everything was fine. Checked the wiring, again fine.
