Using Cetus 3d for many other applications but currently using to make a the main parts for templating out of wood for future builds.

It's quite impressive, but using wood might have been the better choice.


It's an achievement to build it at all using sections, but traditional fabrication would be stronger and probably cheaper.

Absoloutly using this process was better for me even though it's still in prototype stage as I was able to map out 

areas, I haven't yet chosen what screws and nuts yet and wanted to make sure the models I made did indeed fit.

Final version will be made from wood, but doing it this way was awesome. I might make a smaller version in the future with pla that has the flex and strength of traditional abs plastic .

Thanks it's been crazy printing those parts I also made a 3d printed Batmobile out of ABS so I've been the long dark rabbit hole of prints that take time and are way larger then the prescribed print bed.
