When I press the download button(both iPhone and IPad), I see a line in the header that looks like something is being downloaded on my iPad or iPhone.

Everywhere I look I can't find the file, where is it going too?

Tried downloading from the Apple apps store and that's not working either.

Any suggestions?

Update 1/18/2017. Was able to download from the Apple App Store today for the iPad.

I can log in, but that's about all I can do. 

No instructions on how to get it working.
