Bought a second hand Up Box+. Is there a log that can be accessed or anywhere where I can find the number of hours the printer has run OR the number of prints it has done?

No log of hours runs or number of prints. The only way to figure out how much printing the machine has done, is to open the maintenance menu in UP Studio 2 and look at the material usage in Kg.
The same can be done with Wand (UP Studio 3) - connect it to the printer and look at the material usage displayed at the bottom.
