I’m a newbe to Tiertime and i have the Cetus MKIII.
Hi my question is loading and unloading filament it seems to be missing in the
(beta version UP Studio 3.1.2 Beta For Mac) in the Quick Start Guide you Ref:

  1. Go to Maintenance (1st Red circle seems to be missing in grade out so I cannot access it)
  2. The Icon on the right are also grayed out there will be Ups, Library, and Help is not accessible in the software that will be the 2 red circle can someone help me
    Unloading filamen so I can change it thanks guys

@Drzigzag Have you tried to use Wand? It’s a separate interface for the printer. In the lower-left corner you see Cmd:. type “Wand” and press enter, then connect to your printer. Hope that helps :slight_smile:
