I would like to purchase some backup linear guide blocks. Does anyone have a source? I understand the original part may be a NTN MPHX12SN? I do not see replacements on the store site.

I tried to ask many times which is the brand and model of the carriage (for Y axes) .
The answer is … nothing to these questions. Just that if Y carriage is faulty I have to buy the whole Y axes as “I would not able to replace the carriage only” ( 
)
According to what they told me (my units have missing balls and I required specifics of the carriage, mode, size of balls) :
-They don’t know the size of the balls of the carriage
- No answer on the brand of the carriage
- No answer on the brand and part numbero of the carriage
- If the carriage is broken buy the entire axes and change it, “you would not be able to change the carriage only”
