Lates Z axis drop solution?

Printer arrived yesterday, setup was a doddle. First print was great. I thought they had solved the x axis problem on turn off , - but no, the printer head slammed into the plate when I turned it off.

No mention in the setup guide.

Can anyone tell me the latest thought of the best method.

Cheers

You want to talk about the Z axis when the Y axis and the extruder fall? Have  the brake on the axis of the engine Z. It is necessary to tighten the  screw a little (1/8 of turn with each test), to go up to hand the  extuder and to let go. It must be able to go down one or two cm but no more.
