Klipperboard installed, how to activate filament detection>

All,
I installed the new klipper motherboard in my cetus2 printer and sofar it is running fine.
I have a few questions:

  1. Filament runout is detector looks not to be active, is the functionality supported by the new board?
    If so what to set to activate it?
  2. on the wandserver it looks like a extrude in and out are missing macro’s where to obtain these and install them on it?

A little late, but I have the same issue. Did you ever resolve this?

Do you know what the default login for the linux diistro is? Seems this configuration is missing or messed up. This has to be done on the linux side of things and not through moonraker.
