Heated plate= Dead Cetus

I just added a heated plate to my extended height Cetus.

On the Initialization of the first print, there was a shudder in the Y (table) axis, and then the whole thing died.  Looks like something burned out on the motherbaord, now it wont even power up.

I tried contacting Cetus support, but haven't had a response in the last 5 days, despite repeated emails.

Any ideas?

Hello GlueGuy,

I did not found your message in our support system, what is your email address.

It is likely something shorted after intalling the heated bed, please check the FFC cable, make sure no overlapping of trace.

We can provide replacements, please try send message to support@cetus3d.com again.
