Hi, Are the heated build plates sold out already or are there other issues? When I get to the checkout, it tells me that it isn't available even though I can add it to my cart.

Keep trying, they seem to be going in batches. The first batch sold at $19.90, then about 8 hours later there was a batch released at $29.90 - as far as I can see these are still available.
