Tearing my hair out over this and getting no support from CETUS
Has ANYBODY got the 32 bit CETUS program running under Windows 7 Professional? It starts up then imediately crashes. Runnig the Windows 7 compatability program on it, it reports that the CETUS application in incompatible.
See the other thread about CETUS software crashing :(
It installs, but pretty well as soon as it is launched it crashes. Just puts up the splash screen. Down loaded the loader several times and run it several times on several Win7 32 bit machines and ALL show the same symptoms - tried running as administrator . Win7 compatibility checker says that it is NOT compatible and has no solution :(
I've put the issue in the 'Cetus crashing' thread, I've raised a problem report with CETUS, and in desperation have now raised this separate thread, BUT NO RESPONSE FROM CETUS.
This lack of support is very discouraging for what seems to be a good machine

Still no resolution to this very fundamental problem - CETUS support where are you on this ???[/quote]
I too qam having a problem with windows 7 @ 32 bits accepting the program.
Jason reckons it is that the graphics capabilities of the (on board) controller don't support OpenGL 2.0. Pity that this requirement isn't made clear before purchase as it seems I now need to buy another PC as I can't fit a graphics card into this Compac SFF ex corporate that I had intended to use :(
I managed to install an updated graphics card that does support OpenGL 2.0 - in fact it supports up to 3.3, but still the Cetus Application just puts up the splash screen then freezes :(
(problem with this PC is that it is the Small Form Factor design so only takes a limited card height)
