When will the printers ship?

Is the user community the primary method of support?

I put in an order for the extended version and was told it would ship in early March. 

As with many other companies, the user forums are not the primary means of support, which is probably why you don't see Cetus reps posting or commenting. Issues should be reported to Cetus directly via email. I've heard that they are quite responsive over email. 

Update: I ordered the extended version on 2/21 and received it at my house today.
