Does anyone know what the filament weight setting in the maintenance dialogue box means. In other slicers I have used there is an option to set filament thickness and I wonder if this has something to do with this.
Thanks

The filament weight is the amount of filament left on the spool. I only know this because after my 50th or so print, I kept getting a message saying "Material is low". I just keep bumping mine to 2000.

As Frankincell said, it is so the program in theory is able to work out if there is enough filament left to complete a print. The issue is it doesnt work very well as it counts the full filament allocation on failed or stopped prints. I now just set mine to 9999 so it doesnt keep popping up a annoying me.
