I thought I was dealing with a clogged nozzle since the stream of filament thickness was not consistent. In some prints, the filament wasn’t coming out at all. However, when I selected extrude in the maintenance tab there didn’t appear to be a problem. I tried different temps and different brands of PLA. I tried cleaning out the nozzle but nothing worked. When I removed the filament, the gear looked to have stripped one side. I then switched to a brand new nozzle that was larger there was no change. I’m able to do smaller prints with some quality issues I didn’t have before but it doesn’t even complete the raft properly for larger prints. Anyone have any ideas?
