Filament Feed broken?

Hey i have my cetus a few days and got a problem

The feeder did not pull any filament down to the nozzle. It seams that the motor and the filament have no contact… i build everything off the cetus and rebuild it but still not working … any idea what i going wrong ?

ok i  found the issue ..


problem is that the extruder screw on the motor is a little bit loose .... i fix it with glue ... don't think that it will work for long but for the moment problem is solved
