Recently my extruder motor just stops trying to push filament through. There is no clicking or even an attempt to extrude the filament. This happened during a long large print and now keeps on happening and won't even extrude from the maintenance window. Has anyone else had a problem like this?
I'm sorry to say it bay be a dead motor driver or bad wiring. Try making sure the wires on t the extruder are seated tightly. Then if you can open up the printer and make sure the wires from the extruder is properly connected to the driver. All else fails, they will need to send you a new motherboard.
Save yourself time and contact support:

Give them your Backer Number, the Serial Number on the bottom of the printer, and an exact description of what is happening and they will help.

I think you're absolutely right. They're talking about sending a new board and wires. I'm taking it apart today to check and make sure.
