Hello, does someone know how to fix this error? It is a UP Mini 2 ES.

The cause of this is unstable USB connection. Here are some recommendations:

  1. Try another USB port.
  2. Add a USB hub between printer and computer
  3. Use WIFI or Ethernet to connect.
  4. Try another USB cable.
  5. All of above not working, contact support to get a new touchscreen control unit.
