Do I need to restart Up Studio every time I change something in MATDEF?

The title pretty much says it all. I’m about to embark on making some changes for printing with Nylon. I’ll be experimenting with peel ratio etc.

So if I make a change to MATDEF do I need to restart Up Studio (Still using version 2.6.x)
