I've emailed Cetus support and haven't heard back regarding this issue (maybe because of CNE?).
My .4mm nozzle is completely unusable. The long plastic piece that screws to the nozzle completely melted and physically no longer fits into the extruder component. I'm not printing at especially high temperatures - just the software PLA settings.
Is there any way I can replace this nozzle or order a new one
