Collision preventing nozzle from touching bed? Wavy raft.

I believe something is wrong with my printer since I've learned that rafts should be straight tight lines.


I've attached a photo of my raft below, which is wavy and curly. I suspect it is because the linear bearing is colliding with the motor and prevents the nozzle from being low enough.


I've followed the calibration guides on the forum, taking apart the arm and using the aluminum extrusions to ensure the arm is parallel with the build plate.


I've also used software calibration, manual mode, 9 point settings, and the standard single point calibration.


Does anyone have any ideas of what the problem might be?
