Hi, I am connected to the printer via usb. The main issue is that the up studio keeps disconnecting:

Perhaps everything is in progress.
Printer name is the serial No. of the printer. Im assuming Wand allows multiple printers to be controlled under different serial No.s
Mine also disconnects usb for no readily apparent reason
I had this problem and it turned out to be a bad USB cable that came with the printer, I changed to another one I had, and haven’t had the probem since.
