Cetus2 - Model is not printing correctly (Wand Transmission and over SSD Card)

Hello
I’ve tried to print multiple different models on Cetus 2.
the test files that are included on the SSD Card are printing properly. but if i try to print a model that i’ve submitted over Wand or over SSD are not possible to print.
the nozzle is just moving forward and backward on the left side of the heatplate.
any suggestions what i’m doing wrong?
