You have done an amazing job with this printer. It works well out of the box and hits a price point that will make other manufacturers squeek in their seats.
The support is good as well, these printed parts add assurace to those using their printer 10 hours a day like me.

What material and settings did you print the original parts with? (if with the Cetus3D)
If you used a different printer (possibly UP), could you recommend a material snd settings for printing replacement parts?

the parts are printed with our inhouse PLA with standard PLA settings.
