Cetus not shipping to Australia?!

Hi all,
I am trying to order a Cetus Mk2 to Australia but the shipping calculator comes up with some BS that “There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.” -Sure but the Support link is not functional.
Is Tiertime making it hard or what?!?! We have TNT, DHL and whatever global shipping options there are and I cannot even contact anyone to provide shipping cost.

Can anyone help? Please?

-Got hold of Support and they told me they are setting up shipping costs to Australia.
Should be good to go in a couple of days.
