Cetus MK1 Not able to connect with USB since the software upgrade

Hello All. I have a Cetus MK1 Extended and this has been one of the best printers for the past couple years. I Used the Printer on 12/31/19-1/2/2020 without any issues. I logged into my PC to ake a new print and the software updated to a new version ad I can not print now. The new software doesn’t recognize the USB when the printer is connected to my PC. I tried downloading the older version of the software to my PC and installing it and it fails.

Were you ever able to get this working? I’m currently having the exact same issue on my Mk1 with software version 2.6.43.627
