Hi,
My extruder on my cetus 3d has stopped working as it is no longer heating.
I have purchased a new heating element from cetus 3d and it also does not work when i connected it . i have checked all connections and there is no voltage detected across the pins of the of the heating element connection when i use a multimeter
the printer is only a few months old and it wont heat up.
Can anyone help?

I’m sorry but I can’t help you. All I can do is add my name to yours - mine is now not heating either. It remains at room temperature.
Mine is now working again. I took the white plastic cover off the head, and unplugged and replugged all the cables. That did the job for me.
