Can't change material on touchscreen

Hi!

I’ve raised a support ticket, but thought I’d post here as well to see if anybody can help. My printer is loaded with PLA and my file is set to print PLA, but I can’t change the material setting on the touchscreen. When I press the ABS button on the touchscreen it doesn’t change.

There are 2 identical machines in my classroom - one works perfectly but the other has this fault.

Can anybody help?

You may need to connect the machine to computer and change the material in UP Studio for once.
