I switched to the 0.2 Nozzle few days ago. I now want to go back to the 0.4 Nozzle but I cannot change the setting in the Windows app. The Nozzle diam setting appears greyed out and there is no way to change it. I have tried restarting computer, application and printer to no avail. Any guidance?
What version of the SW are you using? I understand that the latest version has made some changes in that area.
If you're using the latest version, maybe you can resinatall an older version.

I had version 1.2.3.0. The software said it was the latest version. I uninstalled it today and then downloaded again from the Cetus website (only this time I got version 1.2.4.0). Installed it and it now seems to work. Thank you.
