Hello,
I just unboxed my cetus 3D. I set it up according to the manual and began a test print.
I noticed, however, that the white plastic bit at the end of the Y-axis was moving strangely.
Here is a video of the problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iMsJuEZX79A&feature=youtu.be
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it? I've contacted customer service and am waiting for a response.
I'm new to all this, but I'm under the impression that this part can be 3D printed.
However, as this is the only printer in my possession, I am unable to simply print this part.
*edit:
I tried to see what was wrong and removed the broken part.
Now, I can't get anything back on and the printer will not move at all.
Does anyone know how to get the y-axis pulley back into place properly?
Thanks in advance.
